We start with a Well-Architected review to find where you are paying for waste and where you are carrying risk, then design a landing zone: a secure, repeatable foundation that new workloads can land in without reinventing networking, identity, and guardrails every time.

From there we modernize. We containerize workloads onto ECS, EKS, or their Azure and GCP equivalents, codify everything in Terraform so environments are reproducible, and bake in FinOps so cost is visible and owned rather than discovered. Migrations are staged for zero downtime, and we typically take 30 to 60% out of the bill along the way.
